From his title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France to the stars of Pré Catelan and then Jules Verne on the iconic Eiffel Tower, Frédéric Anton shares his love of technical and refined cuisine that respects flavors.

Don Juan II's kitchens feature Frédéric Anton, whose dishes are focused on the product. It surprises your eyes and taste buds with a clear visual composition and harmony of tastes.

The Don Juan II is the only restaurant-boat in the world to have obtained a Star in the MICHELIN Guide France in 2022 and 2023, as well as 4“ Toques” in the Gault & Millau Guide in 2024. Having access to such a chef and being able to hear his inspirations is a wonderful opportunity. Our guests feel more emotionally connected to the food after having talked with the head chef and feel closer to the culinary community.
